Today's winner is Pat Nolan with "Food and Beverage Carts". We all know the best cart in town. It may be Halal meat on a stick, or that amazing Mexican cart with recipes passed on from one generation to the next, we all know where to go. The cooks get to know you and know if you want lemon and BBQ or just that really good white sauce they put on top of your meal-to-go. No matter what time of day in this never ending city, you can find the best food in the most overlooked portable restaurants. Thanks again to Patty. I love this new wave of ideas.
