Today's winner is Adam DePetris with "Great Frowns & Smiles". I visited the ever so rowdy 'Holland Festival' in Bowling Green, NY. The music, the tulips, and the wooden shoes were plentiful as you would imagine. When the models took the stage to show off the styles of dutch women, this joyful ray of sunshine just sealed the deal for "Great Frowns & Smiles", I leave it to you to decide which one she is.
